One cool box.
By air, by land and by sea, UNICEF delivers more vaccines to children in developing countries than any other aid organization.
But most vaccines require continual refrigeration to be effective. The Vaccine Carrier keeps dozens of vaccine vials at the right temperature for 38 hours, even in scorching hot weather. Lightweight and double-walled, they can be carried on foot over mountains, on a bicycle along dirt roads and in canoes across rivers.
This special vessel ensures every precious drop of vaccine is fully potent when it reaches a child in need.
